Common Questions

Why is my account locked?

As a security precaution your account may have been locked for a couple different reasons.

  1. Incomplete account reset – You may have requested a reset of your Password and/or PIN and did not click the confirmation link in an email from us. Your account will automatically unlock when you confirm the request.
  2. Too many failed log in attempts – Unlock your account by simply providing the email address you registered with and we will send you an email with a confirmation link that unlocks your account.
